Who We Are
Ecotec – now Micropower US – was established in 2012 to serve the North American market with industrial battery charging and power conversion solutions for the material handling industry. From lift trucks to floor care equipment and other motive power applications, Ecotec built a strong reputation for reliable products and responsive customer support.
Ecotec was subsequently acquired by Micropower Group, a global provider of industrial lithium-ion batteries and charging systems. Today, operations in North America are aligned under the Micropower brand, combining Ecotec’s local expertise with Micropower’s global engineering resources, manufacturing scale, and integrated electrification solutions.
Customers continue to receive the same dependable products and local support, now strengthened by Micropower’s broader technology platform and international presence.
